The ground work is complete, the center structure is in place, as are the flag poles and fencing. During the winter months, while the visible progress has slowed, the work continues behind the scenes. Statues and granite tablets are being designed, created and finalized, and installation of these structures will begin once the winter weather is behind us. Memorial tiles have been selling like crazy! Donations and support from the community and across the entire nation have been incredible. The planning committee believes everything is still on target to meet the goal of Veterans Day, 2018, as ribbon cutting day.
